Welcome to the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) of JZGMSAT. By accessing and using this system, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as they outline your responsibilities and govern your use of the system. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the system.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the HRIS, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any future modifications that may be made. JZGMSAT reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. User Eligibility

The HRIS is available exclusively to authorized faculty, staff, and administrators of JZGMSAT. Unauthorized access or use of the system is strictly prohibited.

3. User Account and Security

Users are given an account by admin to access the HRIS. It is the user's responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of their account information, including their username and password.

Sharing login credentials with others is prohibited. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Notify the JZGMSAT HRIS admin immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Proper Use

The HRIS is intended solely for educational and administrative purposes, such as:

Processing forms, certifications, and other institutional tasks

You agree not to use the HRIS for any unlawful activities, including but not limited to:

Engaging in unauthorized access, hacking, or altering the system's functionality

Uploading, sharing, or distributing any harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content

Disrupting or interfering with the proper operation of the HRIS

5. Data Privacy

JZGMSAT is committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected through the HRIS is subject to the institution's privacy policy and applicable data protection laws. By using the HRIS, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data for academic and administrative purposes. You have the right to access, update, or request the deletion of your personal data by contacting the HRIS administrator.

6. User Conduct

All users of the HRIS are expected to maintain professionalism and integrity. Misuse or abuse of the system, including attempts to damage, alter, or compromise the security of the system, may result in disciplinary action, suspension of system access, and/or legal consequences.

7. System Availability

JZGMSAT will make reasonable efforts to ensure the availability and reliability of the HRIS. However, the institution does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the system and will not be liable for any loss of data or service disruptions that may occur due to technical issues or system maintenance.

8. Intellectual Property

All content and materials made available through the HRIS, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, and data, are the intellectual property of JZGMSAT and/or its licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, or using any content from the HRIS without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

JZGMSAT will not be held responsible for any damages, losses, or liabilities resulting from the use or inability to use the HRIS, including any system errors, bugs, or data loss.

10. Changes to the System

JZGMSAT reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the HRIS without prior notice.

11. Termination of Access

Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in the termination or suspension of your access to the HRIS, as well as other disciplinary measures.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from the use of the HRIS will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the Philippines.
